When I sold my old car last week the new owner and I filled in the paper work, basically the new owner information and then both signed at the bottom. He took the new keeper supplement which left two smaller cut offs -I think one was for dealers. However these two I did not post. I've still got them here. I posted the main sheet on the left.

Is this correct? or do I need to supply both smaller cut offs, even though they are not relevant?
