Having used my powers of persuasion on the local dealer to borrow a Yeti for an extended test drive (one day and one night) and having been totally bowled over by everything about it we ordered ours on 12th April.

We have been given a build date of week 25 (21st June?) so hope to be having some Yeti adventures some time in July. We have ordered a black Yeti 2.0TDI SE 140 4x4 with off road pack, rough road pack and tyre pressure monitor as well the usual mud flaps, mats etc and of course the fluffy Yeti Monster!! Quite boring extras I know but we live in a very rural area and the roads are in a shocking state. We are slowly wrecking the fabia and mini on the roads so hopefully our monster will stand up much better.

I'm not sure how I'll manage with the wait and come the end of June I'll be like a four year old at Christmas but in the meantime I'll read the print off the brochure and spend hours on youtube watching Yeti videos!

Have really enjoyed reading everyones posts (and seeing their piccies) and am seriously envious of those who have theirs I can't wait to get ours and head off exploring on the forest tracks round Dumfriesshire.

Actually that surprises me cos you would have thought it was probably a vehicle that could be pulled from stock as it might not be a factory build ? Usually no options means they can pull them from somewhere quicker.

I ordered mine (DSG but no sunroof) on 2nd February and have so far been given delivery dates of mid-April, mid-May, and just yesterday end of June. Hope I'll still be able to walk to it when it comes!

Finally a date! Ordered mine with panoramic sun roof 1st March, told today that its birthday will be 21st June - so we should see it around 1st July (fingers crossed)

Four months quick!? Given the initial guide was eight weeks, I beg to differ! I guess they've managed to get a few pieces of glass in and are starting to process the back log.

But, I'll believe it when I see it - fingers very much crossed!

Well its quick as some people ordering now here in Ireland are getting dates in november/december!

We ordered our Yeti on 15th May and have been told to expect delivery during the first week of July.

Ordered a 2.0 TDI 170 Elegance with a few options but no sunroof.

Will now just have to wait and see if we get it then.

When we went for a test drive, the dealer was the most helpful dealer I have dealt with and after a 1 hour test drive, came back with a smile on my face. Fantastic car and can't wait to get ours
