You Really should replace the Clutch Slave cylinder also whilst it is all in bits, They can be prone to weeping & how P!ssed off would you be if you had to pull the box out again to cure it .... I take it your Dmf flywheel is Ok ?

Just a standard one, you don't need an uprated .. If you can get such a thing ...

Which Sachs clutch are you going for? The Organic or the Racing?

Yes!!! umm im getting the sachs clutch thats on jabba's site? i presume its going to be the racing as its costing 670?!! Please tell me thats the price for the stronger powerful clutch!!!

Sachs Performance discs with organic friction material have a superior thermal resistance, are more resistant against rpm’s as OE discs and are able to transmit higher torque.

That makes it extremely useful for all kind of street tuning and for vehicles that are often driven with their maximum gross vehicle weight.

or

The SRE Racing clutch discs with sintered metal plates have a higher friction coefficient than plates with organic friction material. That allows for higher transmittable torque and makes them very dirt and oil resistant.

Their aggressive start performance makes them very suitable for endurance races, hill climbing, slalom and rally’s.

All info taken from the Sachs website. I have the SRE Racing clutch which is not as easy to handle. Supposedly the organic is easier for a daily commute but the Shifty Mobile needed the racing to be able to handle it's 400lbs/ft of torque :o I personally don't find it a problem on the daily commute but as a clutch it does not like to be 'ridden' at all as it is a paddle clutch. Your clutch pedal is either in or out with this bad boy, no in between or it starts to 'glaze over' and stick.

HTH

I have the organic sachs with dmf, its been good for 230bhp for the past 5 years but its nowhere near as good a feel as say a helix with a smf!! Clutches that utilise the smf are amazing :8

That will cope very, very easily as it is rated to handle up to about 400lbs/ft.
