I have Sky (digi of course), and all the channels work except Eurosprt which constantly displays a technical fault message, but Eurosport News works ok.

Does anyone else get this, or have any idea what may be causing it before I start ranting at Sky via an expensive phone number?

Eurosport...on Sky

Disconnect box from power supply for @ least 2 minutes, also remove card from box....when switching box back on it should come up on channel 998 and then ask for your Sky card...put card in and then recheck Eurosport, hopefully box will have rebooted itself;)
