Just thought I should say hi.

Bought my 1995 Favorit LXIE off ebay nearly a year ago for £250............

Since then it has been INCREDIBLE. It puts up with no end of abuse, only failed to start once. Really great little car.

All its needed is a new battery.

Sadly it's now ill, but more on that in another section.

Hi guys so the bcm on my 09 octavia left the chat recently and I had an auto electric place code in a second hand one for me . The issue I'm having now is when i select side lights the actual side lights only the filament is glowing and the drl in the fogs illuminate. The car never had the drls working prior to the bcm replacement and thr car lock never chirped either. Another issue I have is both door mirrors aren't working and I tries to replace them with an aftermarket set but still no luck.

Since I had the car, every time I drove it, it has had what my wife called a rattling from the doors. I always characterised it as a creak. As the car is otherwise so quiet (especially when on battery at slow speed) it was quite noticable.
