vRS speed/audio improvements.

Hi all, i've been a member of Briskoda for quite a while but this is my first post. I bought a MK I Octavia VRS last year and absolutely love the car think its great. The reason im posting is that I have 3 things that bother me about the octavia, 2 things which I think I could maybe do something about

Firstly I'd like just a little more pep from the engine, I've thought about superchipping it but I just wondered what are the best option's to give a little bit more power without effecting MPG unless im using the extra power all the time of course

And secondly, what's a good cheap option for speaker replacements, I'd been looking at an Alpine cde-103bt, mainly because it has the ability to go green and built in bluetooth.

The 3rd thing that annoys me is the pointless cup holder .
