Superb Climate Control

Featured Replies

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed the following.

After using the AirConditioning for a while, when I switch it off there is a vinegary smell in the car. Is this a common problem?, i've had other cars with air con and have never noticed this before.

Thanks in advance.

Sound like a small coolant leak to me...

I fitted aircon to a Nissan Terrano a few years ago and when getting it charged the coolant had an acrid smell....

Thanks for that, - my car is going in for service soon, I'll get the dealer to check it out. Might it be a reason for the air con not getting very cold?
