Featured Replies

Woah, what a bloody fart on that was. How on earth has anyone manage to fit the intercooler from ebay onto there cars??????? Started at 9 finished at 2 and realised it is never going to fit, yet alot of people have it fitted. So had to spend 3 hours putting it back to standard :'(

Are you sending it back or will you sell?

The pipes from the turbo side seem ok, I can get them to fit if i remove the horn, its just going from the throttle body to the intercooler that doesn't seem to fit for some reason.

i seen one of these kits the other day and omg what a pile of crap, like westallc says a forge one, or source the parts in where the intercooler has inlet and outlet on the same side saves alot of messing about

i was going to attempt this ebay route but ive decided to wait and go the forge route

After a long research I have decided to go with forge fmic, it`s just to many things that can go wrong and good end results is not guaranteed according to some DIY-s ...

It is expensive, somewhat overpriced, but it is 100% straight bolt on fmic .... ;)

I've got a toyo sport one on my vrs, looks like a good fit, dunno how hard it was as i brought the car with it already fitted lol

run some logs and i bet its rubarb and the standard sidemount oem worked better

there cheap for a reason

it could be down to a number of things but the main two are incorrect core size and ally with different thermal conductivity

find any cheap one made of the right ally and your onto a winner ;)

email Forge through this site and you will get good discount

At the end of the day people have fitted the DIY route with not too many problem, but if you expect to get a perfect fit and do no reworking of components then only one way to go, get a kit where someone else has done all the design/flow and data of a known working solution.

Yes Forge is dear but hassle free fitting.
