UPDATED

The driver seat does not have legs corrections up or down So I think this cause the problem written down.

THIS IS NOT BIGGEST COMPLAIN ON A SHORT TRIP BUT WHEN I DRIVE LONG JOURNEYS IT IS BECOME NONE COMFORTABLE

------------------

SUPERB S SE or GreenLine or none Leather seat

I have standards none leather seats

Me

High >1.90 m tall or 6.2 Feet

Lets say big man other words

I would like know yours opinion.

DOES IT DRIVER SEATS ARE COMFORTABLE?

As at the moment I can not match the best position as:

1) If seat position comfortable so steering wheel will be angled not correct as feel pressure on the hands all time Does not help adjusting Steering Wheel Up or down As if is to low I can not see properly the panel displays (Speed or RPM)

2) If steering wheel in good position for hand so the back problems comes as can adjust right angle to the back . As all paint come to neck side

3) If to make average position for seating and steering wheel so then I will be seating to high and can not see proper “Traffic Light, Top Signs or say skyâ€

4) Sometimes feel that the body goes slide to front - What I mean is like sliding from the seat to front - like legs angle goes up and all body goes down Sorry if someone don’t understand but I don’t know how to explain correctly

5) If I seating to far from the steering wheel everything looks more comfortable, but the rear mirror not allowing to sea the car in left side as will be in my view left side. As the head from top (roof) maybe 1-2 cm left

6) The shoulder does not fit in to the seats Please don’t understand not fit so dramatic. I mean that after driving >10 minutes my body will be in the left side more turned I don't know why it is happening but happening.Maybe because Right side goes nice in to the seat and for left side it is goes out from the seat ?

For me is the best to seat at higher level BUT THEN I CAN SEE ANYTHING IN THE “ SKY†JUST ANGLED TO LOOK DOWN AND SEE WHAT IN FRONT OF ME

SOMEONE CAN SAY EVRYTHING OK BUT WHEN YOU STOP IN THE STREET AND WAITING FOR TRAFIC LIGHTS I NEED TO PUT MY HEAD IN FRONT TO SEE THE THEM THAT LOOK STUPID

SOMETIMES I FEEL THAT SUPERB IS FOR “SMALL†PEOPLE WITH SHORT LEGS

I DRIVEN MY OLD PASSAT AND THESE PROBLEM NEVER HAPPENED.

um...

HI

I am 6'5" and I find exactly the same problem as you.

I have had BMWs and a Golf R32 in the past and was able to find comfort in both.

I lve the Superb but the seating position is the only gripe.

I have it all the way down on the ground for short journeys. It feels a little flat but ok.

Long journeys I get a sore ham string in the left leg and like you said am turned slightly left???

There you go.

um...

What does "DOES IT DRIVER SEATS COMFORTABLE? " mean in the first place?

What does "DOES IT DRIVER SEATS COMFORTABLE? " mean in the first place?

It means he's probably not from the UK, and is doing his best to ask a question so that most ppl will understand it, in a language that he's had to learn on top of his own.

FWIW, I'm tall and I've always had some kinda sitting to one side thing going on whatever the car, car seats are modelled for ppl around 5.8 tall, us biggun's, and the littlun's, just have to put up with it as the firms can only make a seat that fit's Mr Average, biggest fail for me is the base, I can't find one to support my thighs in any car.

The seats move quite a lot don't they, and the wheel? There must be a comfortable position for somebody 6ft 2. I can only assume that you just not found the correct position yet. I am sure you will find a good spot if you keep trying ;-). I am only 5ft 10, so never seem to have a problem, I can jump into any car and find a position in about 2 seconds.. but maybe I'm not analysing it so much..? Or have a higher comfort threshold.
