Retofit rear parking sensors(pic request)

Featured Replies

OK - got the sensors fitted into the car - not fully wired up yet as i need to find ignition live for control unit and work out how to get front sensor cables from engine bay through car to the boot and the display through the dash to the boot.

Measurements i worked out seem to be perfect.

Next weekend will be pulling the interior to bits to run the rest of the cables

Hi all

Had a good read through this thread, and am planning to fit the sensors myself.

Question is, on my 2003 mk1 VRS Estate, can I just wire them in as-is, or do I need need to get a relay for ignition power, ie, is this CANBUS?

Cheers Girardi

Very much appreciated.
