Engine mount technical service bulletin?

Featured Replies

I changed my drop links and ARB bushes this weekend and I guess my clunk over rough ground is a fair bit better. I have noticed that if I rock the engine back and forward with my hands there is a bit of a click type noise. I read on here somewhere that there is some "special" lube to apply to the engine / suspension mounts to cure creaking and knocking? Any one have any part numbers or a copy of the service bulletin?

Bump

Not seen the buletin but my guess would be "RED RUBBER GREASE" on the mounts.

you could try PTFE spray which is silcone free.

White grease with ptfe would be ok too
