Installing some items in the boot area and need to get the back seats out. Before i wade in does anyone know of any problems difficulties?

Is its as easy as just pulling a bit and theyll come off?

Jason (Devonutopia) is your man here... his Fabia rarely seems to have back seats fitted

the bottom half is easy just pull the to wire bars out of the catches, as for the top half I'm not to sure but I'm guessing they wouldn't be too hard.

Failing that wait till Jason turns up he is good at wreaking urm I mean taking his car apart

Backrest removal:

Just in front of the rear wheel arches is a pivot point for the rear seat backrests. It has a notch in it. Rotate the notch with a screwdriver to reveal a cutout that lets you pull the outboard end of the seat away from the car. Then pull the inboard end out of the centre pivot points. This may be enough for what you want to do.

On cars with a 3rd rear seatbelt, the straps need unbolting from the floorpan (17 mm socket, I think) and then wiggling the wire to get them free. Beware: the larger backrest is heavy because it contains the seat belt mechanism for the centre seat belt.

Yeah, as per bryand. Use a flat screwdriver for the notch turning, as a philips will just slide off. Once I've pulled the seats off the "T" piece, I tend to leave the centre seat belt hanging there, but a 17mm socket will remove that, and the twin buckle arrangement too. (not needed really as they'll just sit under whatever you're carrying)
