I have Irish spec 2009 Elegance with Bolero - phone worked well (even with iPhone) up to last week. Then all the phone functions disappeared - when press phone on the bolero system it just mutes the sound and there is no phone option appearing on the matrix dot display - took to dealers and have never come across this and cannot immediately fix - any clues as to what it might be?

Loose connection on phone module possibly (under drivers seat).

I had the same problem with my superb eleganse 2009 mod. with columbus radio, it started after about 4-5 months , the dealer started to replace the nokia unit under the pas. seat, whent ok for 2-3 weeks

then the same happend again, losthe the Phone in the MFD.They then connected the cabel from the nokia unit to thr radio , again it work fine for some weeks, before i lost it again , after that the Norwegian dealer Møller went to the factory because they did not know what to do, the reply they got , was there was a smal series of cars where they had wrong resistor size on the back of the ignition switch, therefore when i took out the key, the computer got wrong voltage and just removed Phone from the MDF, after replacing to the correct ignition switch it worked on my car. maby you have the same problem???

I had a similar problem

Agreed the skoda dealer changed the ignition somewhere and now its fine.

The dealer told me it is a known fault.

I did see something about it somewhere else on this forum

Mine keeps coming and going, maybe a trip to the dealer is needed. The phone still works fine, just sometimes is missing from the MFD.
