Put 12quid in car when petrol light came on think it was just over 10liters now on 99mile and its come bck on again worked it out at around 48mpg is this okay?? driving wise done around 35mile on motorway and rest round town dont acc hard and change gear at around 2k car is a 04 plate tdi 130.

Comp says im av 51.3mpg but i suppose these cant be 100% also what mpg can i expect from motorway as comp said i was doing 65mpg at a steady 65/70mph when i done 64mile on motorway need to know as may have a new job which is 64mile eachway and got to see what diesel cost i will pay.

We normally get high 40's around town, & on a long motorway run low 60's in our 6 speed Bora. Looks like your mileage is about right to me.
