Noise from door speaker

Featured Replies

Does anyone know what the noise is from drivers door speaker sounds like a dinner intermittent gong. Asked local Skoda dealer said it was to do with lights or something being left on. They haven't got a clue!!

Hmmm. I find my speaker makes random noises but I can stop it by turning the radio off ;)

When does you gong noise happen? I get a bong noise if I start the car without having my seatbelt on. It may also do it when I leave the lights on and open the door but then again that might be a high pitched "wheeee" noise - haven't done it for a while. The low temperature and low fuel warnings are both bongs on mine too.

Sorry! Your sensitive in't you?

Have you tried your equalizer/fader etc. Set them all to centre or zero and if that don't work it's probably your seat belt is not on or the tensioner is broke. Lots of love Boyo.
