Hatch door alignment problems

I took the Superb Hatch in for a few minor adjustments last week - not bad for a new car with 16000 miles. One of the problems was a banging noise when the locks engaged when the hatch was closed(both doors).. The garage said that they completed the work as detailed in the recall but were unable to complete the work to remedy the noise until a jig was available. The jig apparently is required to align the hatch door to the body of the car. Has this been a problem for anybody else and, if so, how long before the jig became available?
