Hi all,

I am thinking about getting some roof bars for my Mk1 Skoda Fabia estate without roof rails, however I'm having a really hard job finding something suitable.

Does anyone know what type I need to get? Do Skoda dealers still stock them? Is there such a thing as universal roof bars that can fit most vehicles to save me getting a new set each time I change my car? Or can anyone sell me their old ones for the Mk1 in the Cornwall area?

I have looked on Thules website for my exact vehicle type and the only roof bars they provide are ones for use with the standard roof railings, which wasn't included on my model.

Did Skoda ever do roof bars that fitted my model? Or do I have any other options?

Have been considering this for a while ( I have an estate without roof rails as well!). Not 100% sure yet though.
