onboard keyfob camera - Mongrel @ Haynes circuit

and boy was it fun! Had to take if fairly easily in corners, but I had plenty of wheelspin, etc as the video shows. Cam was just duck taped to the peak of the dashboard above the instruments/behind the steering wheel. :)

wtf karting circuit ? You get out of second gear mate? :(

"Handling circuit". Just lots of twists and stuff, although due to waterlogging we were actually parking on one bit (can see big puddles at the start). I got out of 2nd very briefly but only to coast to the corner and get 2nd again. Was a real hoot. In the dry 3rd & power would have been possible, not today.

Yep, it looks like a kart circuit for "Fun Karts" not really a "Handling circuit". Still, your car looks pretty quick in 2nd gear.

Was the Handbrake used at the hairpin (last corner) by any chance?

Yeah - I tried. One time the trim got caught and the handle wouldn't go down again. It's why I paused for a bit after taking the bend :D

Handbrake wasn't really working either as I think the back tyres were gripping well and the fronts were struggling with the wet and the weight on the front.

when were you there mate?

if it was yesterday (03/10/2010) you should of gave me a call!! i live like 5 minutes away from there!! could of popped in for a cuppa lol
