Cappucinno / Ivory Leather Pic Request

Featured Replies

Having had 2 cars with pale leather, I would avoid like the plague. They discolour quite easily, and show the slightest scuff. If you wear jeans, they will turn blue.

Not sure what kind of jeans or leather u have...but I have had cream leather in my Commodore for 6 yrs now. Its still as good as new...with little or no marks and I must have only cleaned it 3 times in 6 years. In contrast, my friends' black leather interior looks ghastly...old n dingy!

My first Superb had Ivory leather seats, owned car for six years no problems with seats, on many occasions had to use car with jeans wet with salt water never stained. Seats looked after using Gliptone products.

Ivory leather in an MX-5 and champagne leather in a BMW. The MX-5 was new and picked up blue from my jeans over a few thousand miles. The BMW was 'pre-loved', and despite my best efforts and Gliptone (which helped a lot), the drivers seat always looked grubby compared to the others. A shame, because as you can tell by the fact I bought 2 cars in this colour, I really think it lifts the interior.

My Octy has black leather/alcantara, and I think it will stand the rigors of daily life better. However, it does make for a very dark environment.

Some cars have the softer leather or the suede infused leather and I can certainly imagine those taking on some colour :)
