After having had a Focus (sh!) for the past 7 years it finally gave up on me. 120k miles, very few problems, but I fancied a change......so

Bought a Fabia vRS, ex-demo car from a dealer in Bath and collected it on Wednesday. 500 miles later I'm pleased to say I'm impressed.

Great performance, fair economy, impressive handling.

As an everyday car it will compliment my other 'toys' (a 1972 Porsche 911T in standard trim and a 1972 Porsche 911 hotrod, lightweight, with 3.0 engine).

Hmmm, might even take the vRS on a trackday, or two, next 'season'.

I have a very nice Clio for sale/ swap if you don't want a Porsche anymore .
