My my dealer has finaly confirmed my SuperbElegance 170 DSG estate has finally been built. Ordered on the 10th July so order placed BW28. The car is Mocca with Ivory, front parking sensors,auto mirror, heated screen and washers, rear spoiler plus bootliner & Mats etc.

Wifes car has also been confirmed as being built (was also ordered BW 28), She's getting an Octavia 1.8TSi Elegance DSG with black leather, satnav, bluetooth and sports suspension.

We bought the the same spec Octaviar which was a "showroom special" when I ordered mine and picked up 5 days later but the gearbox developed a major problem within 12 hrs of having the car, so took it back the following day and dealer finaly diagnosed the fault after 2 days. We were then told it would be up to a MONTH before the parts were available so we rejected the car and ordered a fresh one to same spec.

The skodas are replacing a 56 plate Jaguar 2.2 Xtype estate and an 06 plate MGTF

Looks like the next 2-3 weeks are going to be long ones!!
