When stationary at traffic lights, the car is judderring quite bad, the revs dont go irratic its just a vibration through the whole car... any ideas? :wonder:

You don't mention what car/engine you have? Bear in mind that diesels, although improved, are always going to be more prone to noise and vibration at idle. Has this problem always been occurring, or has it got progressively worse?

A workmate had the same problem with his old 307 HDi. It was down to a faulty injector in the end.

mine did this sometimes at idle felt like a misfire

some people have cured it by putting rear heated screen on, puts a different load on the engine

mine was sadly cured with a new dual mass flywheel all under warranty
