Finally got my new VRS!

Featured Replies

Well its finally arrived after ordering at the beginning of June.

I picked it up last Tuesday and have now got 1070 miles on the clock!!!

It's a CR VRS in Black, manual with auto wipers/lights and mirror.

I am so impressed with its power and of course its brilliant handling. The build quality is great and the seats really hold you in.

My only gripe is the seat under my backside digs in a bit, but I assume this will soften over time.

I have got some pics, can some one please tell me how to upload pics to this thread?

Thanks

it does soften over time.

congrats on the new car, you'll love it and will fast gain a little smirk whilst driving around.

sign up to photobucket and then paste the Direct Image into a thread. the one in square brackets.

We made a deal, she took my car to her friends as long as the car got washed.

Strange considering she drives an Audi A4 s-line with 220 bhp.

No more Skoda jokes now!! Hehe

I'm really pleased with the black. Takes some cleaning though!

The Audi is a beast but the Skoda just about out handles it, it has more feel through the steering.

Not sure about the bike, just looking after it for a friend.

With a black car, that will become a very familiar sight :dull:

LovelyEnjoy it

Leathers...Sponges.....cloths and pan scourers on the ground!!!!!!

Strewth mate!!!

Nice car, but for how long???? :S

Very nice. I have to wash my car when my son isn't around. His idea of helping is to grab a handful of stones and rub them all over a panel :S

The Scourer wasnt used, just the sponge for doing the tread plate inside the doors. As long as its cleaned and I dont have to do it! im happy.

The car is amazing. I think I annoyed a golf GTD driver today when he tried to leave me, I dont think so! I bet the Skoda badge was winding him up.

Car has now done 1,200 miles, overall MPG 38, OOPS!!!
