So, if you want something to read this week, I'm doing Wales Rally GB in a Felicia. The last time, as the homologation runs out at the end of the year, so it's definitely the Felicia's last appearance in a WRC event. Anyway, hopefully you'll find it an interesting read, I'm trying to keep it up-to-date with twitter during the day as well as tracking of the car on the "Live Update" page, but we'll see how all that goes, after all, having spent £4000 to do the event, that's the main concern!

Never been to any event like this. Apparently the finish ceremony is free to view so I might pop over on the train. Seems the only other Skodas are a few S2000 Fabias.

Probably TV rights Frightened that 1 lil' ol' video camera in a Skoda that's (and let's be honest here) isn't going to be at the front of the field, might just spoil the tens of thousands that they must charge Eurosport etc. Suspect you can't just "pop one in and not tell them"......it should be picked up by the scrutineers.

Personally I think cameras are a good idea, mainly for the analysis of any incident (e.g. Henri Toivonen). Video footage could prove quite valuable. (Closed broadcast or recorded)

Yeah, TV rights it is. I have no idea why, because viewing figures are through the floor, so watching someone's in-car on youtube is probably going to help get them more interest, certainly not less (after all, as said above, it's not going to be at the front of the field, I'm the only one in my class and have a 100bhp 2wd skoda and minimal driving skill!).
