Yes indeed. And I might even be on time this week! ;)

Rob.

can't make it due to impending baby duties ( antenatal class ) - must be present by the missus or else!

will make it next week, unless the baby decides to make its entrance into this world on thursday...........

Antenatal class? Shouldn't you know it all already in your line of work?

:D

Rob.

dude,

exactly what i've tried to tell her myself!!

my advice to her? watch discovery health every day and everything will be kool and the gang!

Ah, the Discovery Channels...educational *and* entertaining! :D

Just make sure you don't show up the other pupils, and if they suss and ask what you do, say you work

in a bank just to confuse them... ;)

Rob.

cheers for the meet guys...

nice to see you all..

Ian,

forgot that bloody sticker!!!

I thought exactly that as I drove home!

Will keep it aside for you... Do pass my thanks onto the good lady - the Tuscan really is a work of art...

Colin, let me know when you've got it how you like it, I'll book another drive :D

Antony - good to see you - booked your remap yet? ;)

Didn't leave the office in Hemel Hempstead until just before 7pm, so between motorway traffic, a 1.6 motor and of course a car that drives in ever decreasing circles :D didn't quite make it in time. Hope y'all had fun try for next week.

Not quite sure what you saw, though I did try and edit a couple of typo's after I'd posted. Whatever it was I'm sure that Ian's reply explains it....yes I am a Mac user! I spend my computer money supporting Steve Jobs as opposed to Bill Gates.

I lived in the US for 3 years and bought a couple of machines while I was there, they are cheaper over there (as of course is everything) and the support from Apple is excellent through their own chain of retail stores. Sadly that is not the case in the UK, no surprise there then!

I wont bore you with my pro-Apple rant, but lets jst say....I like a machine I can turn on, use, turn off, without any hassle......:D

Paul

Seconded!

I used Mac's for a long time before I ever touched a PC. Going from Mac to WIndows 3.11 was, to say the least, a shock. Then I had to learn Unix.

Sometimes I feel like I'm going backwards....

Phil

It's not going backwards, it's peeling away the layers of abstraction!

Rob.

I love a stable OS as much as the next guy...

(now if they would just do EPOC \ Symbian for PC hardware!)

I hate the idea of a stable OS - I'd be out of a job! :D
