Lol +1, IMO hacking away the crash bar in anyway is asking for trouble really. Really not worth it in aero vs safety terms, anyone ever thought of just channelling the air better instead of hacking away at things? Because hacking away at things makes things less aero efficient which kind of negates any performance gains.

Yes.. Fabia is a brick in terms of aero but so is a HGV, doesn't mean aerodynamics doesn't exist! You can get up to 20% gains in fuel with correct aero for HGV's.
