Just a quick question, why are lowrider mod's not done in the UK? They are huge in the USA, both on the street and in the show/competition scene.

Is it because they would fail our British MOT, but they somehow pass the American equivalent?

I literally haven't seen one car jumping around in the UK, I don't really understand it as we have almost every other type of mod going...

I saw an old 70's Ford Cortina a few months back in Leyland town centre, he was running hydraulics that popped the front up about 5 foot in the air

Gotta say, I know they're not cool over here and people don't see the point, but I love em, especially the bouncy ones that jump several feet in the air (and tend to land on the roof)

hehe it would be so cool to just be driving along and then when you come to a queue you can pop the front and back suspension up to look over all the cars in front...

Just think of the approach and departure angles for offroading as well....

I didnt think Air Suspension (at least the cheap stuff) was any good for handling?

Not a problem in the US, where everything is flat, with very few turns, absolutely rubbish in the UK,
