Or just have it declared a total loss, then get a payout for at least £3500? You'll have to pay the excess anyway, so you might as well get the money you need from then to get you back into the same position you were in before the crash.

I think if it is a total loss i'll get a Honda Civic 2.2 i-CDTi.

I love my Fabia though - i would really hate to loose it. But I dont think i could get another one as it may be problamitic & this would really dishearten me.

I would hope to get £4000+ for it though.
