Is there only one size of tapered nut to fit aftermarket wheels on the vrs?

What a question to ask with the answer as members are saying NO !!!

Go to the breakers yard pick the relevant number bolts (not nuts).

Tapered bolts locate wheel into correct position on wheel hub.

For tapered bolts, there can be different angles of taper, different threads, different diameters of bolt and different lengths. I'm guessing that you've just bought some aftermarket wheels. I think in your position I would go to a local alloy wheel specialist and get the correct set of bolts from them.

Just checking before I pop down to kwikfit to get them fitted. They are pro race 1.2's so I'm sure they are a tapered 60 bolt just not sure on length??

At a guess I would imagine you'll need the same length as the original factory radiused bolts, but to be sure I think I would offer up a new tapered bolt to the new wheel and see how much thread length you've got sticking through, and then compare that against an OE bolt sticking through your OE wheel. If your new bolts are too short they won't secure the wheel properly, if they're too long they may foul something. For what it's worth, when I bought a set of replica wheels for my old A6 I'm sure the thread length was the same.
