Stopped on the A12 with Blue lights flashing behind me and 20mins. later amber lights flashing behind me. So in the true Briskoda guessing game, what Happened to me?

you robbed a post office, took a wrong turn onto the A12 were the police were hiding in wait with a stinger. it punctured your tyre's so you couldn't go any further and the police caught you

Blew a turbo, causing a cloud of smoke which attracted the Police, they then decided it was too uninteresting to hang around and got someone less important, such as a breakdown vehicle, to attend instead?

I got pulled up for speeding, naughty me. the cops didn't go through their normal condescending lecture, they were OK cops. So journey re commenced, I pulled out onto the dual carriageway at speed to join the fast moving traffic and the pesky hose popped off, limped to the next slip road and stopped again. Enter again my Cop mates, they walked back along the road trying to find my super duper tractor hose clip, remember that Barrie, they couldn't find it of course, By this time Swmbo couldn't contain herself and kept laughing, our phone batteries were both dead so my new found Cop mate phoned the AA on his phone, what a nice guy. So enter Mr. AA man with his amber flashing lights, Told Mr. AA I need a big jubilee clip so off he went to find one. By then Swmbo couldn't contain herself and wanted to have a pee so the Cops took her to a nearby Pub to relieve herself and brought her back. Meanwhile Mr AA man had procured the Jubilee clip and returned to fit it. Everybody happy.

The Cops offered to follow us for sometime to make sure nothing else went wrong but I said "thats ok, I don't want another speeding ticket". Made them laugh though. All in all an event full couple of hours, couldn't help laughing myself.

Bet your plod mates had a laugh at your troubles when they got back to there base!!

You mean they suspected you were speeding, but had no evidence and you believe you were not (right)?

It was all Soot1es fault, I was done for speeding SP20 on it's way. :yes:

SP20? Seems an odd one to give you...

I'd have expected 30, 40 or 50.
