factory zenons how to set to left hand drive

Featured Replies

is there a switch on the back of the headlight? or am i just gonna have to use beam deflectors the good old fashioned way?

I looked at this when I had mine, when I was going over to France. I just got the Euro headlamp covers, with the deflector built in

Meant I didn't have to mess around with stickers.

AFAIK there's no other manual way of switching the beam.

ill have to keep an eye out cheers Steve

I used stick on ones, your not meant to but its more for appearance than anything (for the Gendarmes) and no one flashed me on the continent so I presume they did the trick. They did appear to melt into the headlight though and become impossible to remove leaving an imprint, c'est la vie

Yikes! Doesn't sound good....

I suppose another option would be to track down normal headlamp protectors (should be slightly more common, hopefully!) then stick the adaptors on those? At least it'll be easier and less messy.

Or Insulating tape!

Park up in front of a wall, Turn on lights and experiment using 30mm lengths of tape to cover the kick up!

Job done, And very temporary!

Just remember to pack a roll while you're away!

The Haynes manual shows there is a lever on the back of the headlights, that makes the dipped headlights go flat. It says you still have to mask off the main beam.
