Why just those two? What about a Piper Exhaust?

My old 2.75" milltek was shocking..... It kept falling apart on the welds..... Back box was replaced 3 times before I eventually fu**ed it off and had a custom made 3" system fabricated.....

Steve.

Jetex (2.5") were always quite good systems from what I remember..... Well worth a thought!

wouldn't get a blueflame - didn't they go bust last year and leave loads of folk up the creek?

The Piper is quite loud!

But a nice note once warmed up.

My milteks been on 2 years and never had a problem, good fit, good quality and a nice note

Milltek or that piper you had before

do you have the resonated or non resonated version kenny? also do you have any vids or sound clips of the exhaust in action?

piper is stunning had blueflame it was crap fitment

pipe sounds awesome and the build quality is very high as good if not better than miltek

I went for the resonated option to keep SWMBO happy, keeps it reasonably quite, but gives a good sound when you give it some beans.Sorry hav'nt got any sound clips.

I got my Blueflame just before they went broke and everyone who has heard it thinks it sounds good.

I got my mate to fit it and it went in nice and easy

I have a Blueflame fitted it myself fits spot on sounds lovely

second one i've had and i really rate them

BlueFlame, went bust and left loads of people in the lurch including members on here. Then they simply inserted a space in their name and reopened again around the corner, that stinks in itself and suggests that they could well go bust again meaning any warranty or guarentee is useless.

Had a Milltek on my last vRS 5 years ago and couldnt fault it, it was a resonated system turbo back and sounded sweet. Had it on for over a year with no problems.

On the Piper system tho, fitted a cat back system to my focus st2 in 2006 and thought the build, noise and quality were great, would defo consider a Piper.

Having worked at Awesome and dealt with both , my choice would be Milltek

We used to sell loads of these , and as a couple of issues arose on the odd occasion the results that came off it was noted , customer satisfaction was good and changes made

So I would have thought now there should be very little issues with Milltek

Good bunch there too , very friendly and helpfull :)http://www.awesome-gti.co.uk/product.php?xProd=6103&xSec=295

There is the link to Awesome`s prices that are discounted to start with
