just makes you sick mate

Just out of interest what did you expect the Police to do? You never heard anything, so the only chance is that others in the street had theirs done, have they? Not a lot for them to go on!

I sometimes wonder if we expect too much from them... after all you've not left them much in the way of clues, etc, especially as you'd already taken the evidence away from the crime scene!

Woke up this morning to go to work. Went out side. Noticed one tyre down. Thought I would pop over to the garage to pump it up. Went around to the other side, saw two more down. Thought kids let my tyres down. Rang RAC, they came, started to blow them up. Chap said "sorry mate someone has punched them with a screwdriver". He put some plugs in the tyres then took me to the tyre place for new tyres.

3 new tyres 145.00 + vat, made me sick. Went back to phone the coppers, all they did was write a form out and give me a number. Thay said "sorry we can't do any more". Makes you sick. Lost a days work, 145 .00 short so ****ed off.

thing is, it is a crime of vandalism,

it needs reporting so it is on file whether it is easilly solvable or not

we all know there is little plod can do, but if there are a number of reported incidents of the same nature they will want to solve it to stop having there stats look bad,

stats are also the reason plod is reluctant to issue crime number for incidents like this, they know as we do they have little chance of solving it, so they don't want it on their stats as an unsolved crime and making them look bad

............... so they don't want it on their stats as an unsolved crime and making them look bad

I think you've been watching too many TV programmes!
