well i got a few Tyresmoke.net members in shock after i posted up a thread about an encounter i had with a M3 at the weekend.

they didn't believe that i was/could of kept up with one.

until i told them the spec of my car and the estimated bhp,then they had a bit more respect!!!!

I spend a lot of time on Tyresmoke, and know a lot of them quite well.

I would be very surprised if anyone gave you any grief about the Octy.

Remember, it is primarily a VAG forum and I don't think there is a standard car on there!

I have never found anyone anything other than positive about the Skoda vRSs

and yep it is primarily a VAG Forum and they have some very useful information and some very knowledgable members.
