15" VW Avus wheels

Featured Replies

Hey ppl,

I have been thinking about getting a set of winter wheels so my search started about 4 months ago lol

Ok so I worked out (from many posts on here) that the pcd needs to 5 x 100, the offset should be et38 (ideal) and that going for 15" wheels would work out cheaper when it comes to getting winter tyres.

So after much homework I found an excellent website which gave me all the info I needed to get the correct wheels:

http://www.myturbodiesel.com/1000q/wheels/15-vw-wheel-database-5x100.htm

I am just making sure that what I think is correct (in my head) is actually true - if you go down to the "VW Avus Wheels" will they fit the fabia vRS?? I say yes but I don't wan't to miss something and find out they wont fit if I manage to get my hands on some...

Thanks

Steven

Yes they will fit.

Have you got Std Brakes up front or 312?

Cool, will have another look

Im thinking of going for 195 50 R15 or 195 55 R15 winter tyres - which would be better?? Or perhaps cheaper lol

I know that link states 195 16 R15 but I could prbpably get away with the 2 I mentioned there??

195/50 should keep your speedo closely in sink.
