3rd one for me

3rd by far, the others really don't do it for me I'm afraid!

Do you know of any thing else like the third that would be a good rim? It's good you said the third as that's my fav as well!

3rd. BBS RX (and RX II), they're quite alike;

None of them do it for me, OEM all the way!

However, the one in post 5 looks alright IMO.

My suggestion would be to go for the Octavia 17" that a number of people have done.

Unless he wants to be individual :D

I like option 3 - they remind me of the 20 spoke Audi alloys on the 8P A3 / S3 B)

They all look cheap. Black with silver lip always do. They only really suit a black car.

Either black or silver. The ones Trigger fish look nice.

The RXIIs will restrict the brake upgrade options though, as IIRC you cannot fit 312s behind them.

I like the look of the RXIIs, but for some members, they just aren't an option...

You need RK 504's if you want a decent 17'' BBS alloy, they do split rim and one piece rims, about £150 a wheel or more though.

Boring wheels. Good on you James for trying something different.

A little bored of the octavia choice, so I'm going for something like option 3 but I have to disagree with the black and silver looking cheap IMO.

Fair enough.

Polished lips will corrode

Avoid polished and laquered lips on cheaper alloys!

Found a few more so perhaps another vote soon!

Dude if your using the car choice off that site try looking under the polo too, you get different choices, if you have a style you are looking for give the guys an email, they can give some recomendations.

i delt with gary, was really helpfull.

If you want different no2 might be good, worth a photo chop :)

Photoshop would be a life saver, I don't have though I just can't see if it's going to work or not I'm just not sure on getting silver rims as it's nice to break up the colour a bit from the rest of the car it's either black or silver or one with a bit of the other!

Out of the three I would go for the 3rd set but as already mentioned above, black w/ silver/chrome lip just looks CHAV...

ive orderd a roomster and thinking of the lenso reizens 17s they are alright just for shows then take them off i had a set of black wheels with polished fronts

then about 10 mounths later the lacker started to cum and off and aim dead they fuzz with my wheels

so i mite have mullte spokes in silver

I prefer these myself. B)

Good price too
