For the front, remove the wheel, unscrew the Allen key thread in the adjuster cup, most helpful if u leave his facing you. Then just wind it up or down with the tool. Iv had mine on 6 months and went to lower it the other day. Bit of wd40 and after a few turns I could get my hands round and turn it. The just count the threads you have left and do the same to the other side. I find one side is fractionally higher at the back even though they are both sat on the same thing so should theoretically be level. My drive way means it's never parked perfectly flat so I think this has effected the stance over time but it's nothing major

could possibly be fuel tank weight in one side??

Yer that's a fair point jase, annoying at times, doesn't help when it's not always parked level I imagine. I would think the shocks and springs kind of alter to the road if it's parked unevenly for long enough, puzzling lol :/
