Is this remap a little optimistic for the furby VRS?

Featured Replies

These guys are pritty close to where i live and my mate just had his a3 done there PD110 but reading through everyones threads on remaps, seems a bit optimistic?

Would like to know your guys thoughts, and any other reputable remappers in cheshire area?

yes a little optimistic

is it any good at £199 though :o

a guy i know has a map on his 115 golf and he claims thats around 150 and it goes quite well but its quite aggressive and he has already been through one turbo. Not saying that this is down to the map as there is no proof but the guy who replaced it seemed to think the map may have contributed (to what extent i do not know)

For our maps we usually quote around 170bhp or around that mark. That way if you exceed 170 on a rr then im pretty sure you would be happy :) where as i doubt you would see 185 out of a standard fabia that has just had a remap

Go to a reliable Custom Code remapper near Chesterfield;)

I would expect somewhere in the region of 160-170 bhp from a standard map

Anymore than that and the KKK turbo will struggle

i had mine mapped at more bhp. it was really quick totally transformed the car

Either Shark, Performance Torque, or Unit 18. They all seem to get the most recommendations on here.

Mine was mapped to 182bhp and its really fantastic. I have been told by others on here that the later cars came with engines already set up with a little bit more bhp though. My map was not cheap though. £400!
