Just reading on here to remove the original front number plate surround the front bumper has to come off :( .

Do'h, now I think about it my mate did have to remove the bumper... bit of a pain!

4500 or 45000?

If its 4500 that's bloody low! Hope it had a cambelt change anyway at 4 years...

If its 45000 its still very low!!

i got my vrs last year in jan with 27520 on the clocks on a 04 plate which had been serviced every 4000 miles and its only just gone over 43000 on thursday

It's getting a little treat tomorrow. I am also going to try to remove the rear number plate to screw in the surround. I'v Decided it's to much grief to put it on front at mo. Anyone know what size screws I need ? or if dealers stock the self tappers for the rear number plate? :

Using string to remove the numberplate I have got this on and screwed in tight!.
