Lovely GTI! All the suble mods and painting make it stand out, personally I wouldn't have the red centre caps though, but that's just being picky :p

Calipers are red on gti's anyways but they were tired and pink / faded

So i put 3/4 coats of hammerite smooth on

I dab the paint on not strokes so looks more oem

Sprayed the rocker cover tonight..

not happy with the exhaust manifold... so going black for that, need paint tomorrow... pics of the WIP... coolant res. top and window washer top are going black too :shades:

Cracking - I could quite fancy some derivation of Lupo as a second car, looking at that

It looks on the "min" line to me. I keep mine a little higher, half way betweem min and max.

Nothing special, got the exhaust manifold shield on, halfords said VHT metallic black, looks grey to me

then had a good clean of the bay, not bad for nearly a 10 year old car

the light was failing me so pics aint the best
