Rear ARB Settings

Featured Replies

Just fitted a Whiteline rear ARB and have set it on medium. (middle hole)

Has anyone played with the different settings and if so what do you think is the best and how much difference is there between them.

Just taken the car for a spin and noticed less understeer and the car seems to straighten better out of corners.

any feedback appreciated

cheers

Mines on the no nonsense setting, the rest are for girls!

Try it the difference is the size of your grin! :)

I had mine on the middle setting and didn't really notice any difference from standard. It's now on the "no nonsense setting" and it's a definate improvement from standard.

When I fitted mine, I just went straight in for the hardest setting. No messing around B)

Jabba for me, its either on or off. Lol its off at the moment though, only got delivered today.

Get it on the stiffest!

Mine was on the middle at first and I couldn't see why everyone was banging on about it

It's very easy to get lift off oversteer now even with brand new toyo's fitted!

thanks folks

had it on medium for 1 night then re set it to hard this morning - had a good run today. Not sure of difference between medium and hard but probably didn't give medium enough time, but the difference between Hard and not at all is very apparent.

for the cost and how easy it was t fit would recomment this as the first upgrade for anyone.

that said I was running a remapped car at 172bhp - 285ft/lb without realising it as the previous owner must have done it then not mentioned it to Skoda when he part exed it.

thought it went well on the test drive.
