I did slag him off initially however he pulled out all the stops eventually so hats of to Mr John Good but took too long to sort put though, all ends well

4 aye plus the Audi a3 sprtback 2.0tdi 130 bhp, wife wouldn't let me buy anything other than skoda to be honest, just sold a fiat still 1.9 jtd with all the toys on it , when the vision d comes to the fourcourt wallet will be out again lol

Have you a problem with sat nav as well?

Same issue got the car on 19 fFebruary but no uk postcodes.

Do like the unit anyway but would like it upgraded to postcode search for free or minimal cost if possible. Have put a call into dealer and they emailed me as I am away this week and I responded and am awaiting there response.

I have not been jumping up and down like you originally were as so far the unit has impressed me but would be nice to get it upgraded.

Jumpin up n down, aye works dinnit like someone said here squeaky wheel gets oiled!!, fantastic love the unit but for me the 7 digits is a must very rural proper yokel country lol, wheels on horse n cart are still square!, but every where here is 7 digits so now it will be fine ! If you get problems as I said earlier have a word with John Good SUK he will sort it.

Go to skoda.uk onthe intennet, then customer services on the top of the page , contact us, then either telephone or e-mail them page fill it in and send but personally I would phone them and ask for John good

AdLav if you whinge enough you should receive, so you've got the nav with six digits?, if so ask dealer as he will not be forthcoming, if you get negative tell him that SUK have already given a Briskoda member a complimentary 2011 sat nav disc, tell him to contact John good and you contact them as well, why give it to me and no one else? Only because I kept at them "dog with a bone" there was no way I was letting go, especially when trading standards said I have a clean cut case, and that they had seem this before and sorted,should be free because they have set a president here so whinge and whinge again, they know they have to sort it because it is not fit for purpose, I had someone say that they only had 5 digit and was fine, sorry fine does not cut it, it's got to be a usable sat nav for 100% of the uk when purchased so that's what I think, also I'm Welsh and we always whinge that's the only way we can get stuff done! You will definate get the new 2011 disc and it will come free with the car , absolute certainty no problems , the disc will already be in the glove box waiting for you, no I will not tell you a fib, dealer will order once car has arrived you should pick up at the same time as the car, bet the days are getting longer as it get closer to the pick up date lol
