We are in the process of developing a intercooler for the 1.4 skoda vrs as some of you might be aware.

We have what we hope to be a nearly finished product.

What we are looking for is one of you to lend us your car for a period of 2 days so we can test fit the intercooler.

For your troubles you will recieve a free bov valve and 15% off the price of the intercooler when it becomes available on sale.

Ive been offered a free IC and radiator by an alternative company as ill be the development vehicle for them, but it wont be until december.

However if you change the deal ill happily lend you my stage 2 vRS with decat and forge intake for you to do development with, but it'll cost me a fair amount of dollars to get to you, then arrange transport back home, and then vice versa to collect the car. That would negate any discount straight away.

Not bothered about the BOV though, i fitted one to my Mk2 Octavia vRS and promptly removed it as it was embarassing lol

Hi if you reduce the price of the intercooler further and lose the bov il definately do it ive already got the spacer other than that its standard

15% off isnt exactly a hige discount for development.

Ibiza Cupra IC = £471 excl VAT. 15% of that equates to £70. So you'll pay £400+ vat so you'll still pay £480 with VAT, then travel costs, say a tanks worth of fuel, maybe more your looking at another £60 at least. All of a sudden you might have been better off just waiting until its released and ordering one in a group buy.

I think what we are saying is reasonable. I dont expect to get it anyway as it would have to be quite alot more discounted before i consider as i already have a good offer
