Marco has so much previous but just funny he took out Lorenzo.

I am not a a Ben Spies fan as he was not very kind to Cal when he moved over from WSB. Ducati has the fast gear change now and Rossi has started to work his magic on the Ducati handling so expect to see him on the podium but it does look like Casey's year. Thought Lorenzo's comments were quite restrained:

“You saw what happened on the first lap on the TV. Of course he doesn’t want to take me out, that’s not his intention, but I think the problem is that he’s not very conscious about the risks there are in the category, with this bike and these tyres,” said Lorenzo, who was felled by Simoncelli when the San Carlo Honda Gresini rider attempted an overtake but crashed due to a cold rear tyre. “I thought he learned from the past, from the controversy he created, like what happened with Dani (Pedrosa), but it’s clear that he doesn’t learn at the moment. I hope he learns in the future but at this moment I don’t have any respect for him because he is causing a risk to all the riders.

Need more riders in this class as field is too small, I could have scored some point yesterday!

Well after Cal's tyre lunched itself, they changed the wheel and moved the discs over, and he still got points plural!

In which context, might it be faster to change the wheel and brake pads than to change the discs onto a new rim?
