superb boot liner

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of a suitable boot liner for the estate? I have rubber mat but could do with something to protect sides ect

Take a look at this thread I started back in January Bootliners .... WHY?

I have now also got the OE Skoda rubber mat on top of the sheeting as being thicker it does not crease up when I put my heavy diving twinset in the boot.

I have used 'over the top textiles' they make tailor made waterproof material linings that look and perform fantastic. Good for carrying 2 boxer dogs one day, then also me and the wife twinsets the next. See older thread.

www.overthetop.co.uk . It's a great liner, when the dogs are wet and cold, the liner absorbs all the crap, you do need to take the bottom liner out frequently to wash it to stop the car smelling like a kennel, but just stick it in the washing machine and hang on the line.

They aren't cheap, but def a great addition to your car.

Hi thanks for the info, I have found this company who do a liner for the Octavia Estate. They have said they have enough enquiries to manufacture for the Superb and they will contact me in a couple of weeks. Looks suitable for my purpose and a reasonble price. http://www.hatchbag.co.uk/product.php?xProd=200

They already do a liner for the superb

Hi Darren tt, I can't find it on their website and have an e-mail from them saying they do not supply one for the Superb?

regards

Hamro

My liner is definately from over the top textiles, get them to check out the pictures on the older thread, they personally went into a Skoda showroom to measure up. Insist on talking to someone who knows what they are talking about. It's worth insisting. In fact I'll give them a ring to check Monday.

Just been on the phone to 'over the top' they defiantly do a liner for the superb estate. I think you may have got confused with hatchbag, no way near as good, a lot cheaper, and not as good looking.

Just seen where I'm getting confused, didn't read your message fully. Still think over the top are the best for such a great car.

Regarding Boot liners. I will be purchasing one from www.boot-buddy.com when the Winter weather is upon us again. With 2 dogs who love the mud and water this fit all around liner should do the job. Also, just got a rear bumper protector for my Combi from www.proppa.com - saves all the scratches if you carry dogs or play golf etc.
