bit quiet on here!

Featured Replies

i know i dont make to every north east meet but it seems to have gone quiet in this section, is anyone interested in a meet, got any suggestions on a place. what about a north east rolling road day/meet. ive just had mine remapped and wouldnt mind a dyno readout.

i know someone who is normally a chief organiser is a bit pee'd off with the forum, we have discussed this , but come on lets get something going.

ill take people out in my remapped car as well if you want!

On sunday 10th july there's a Ford RS owners club day at Croft circuit & its been mentioned on here previously

about a Briskoda group stand but as you say its been a bit quiet on here. I know its short notice but if any one

is interested I can get a stand organised for this but I will need names & numbers ASAP.

I can get it sorted this week so tickets can be picked up on gate on entry so if anyone is interested post your names

on here or give me a call on 07792620079.

Cheers Paul.

Well Vagcars/SCN have organised a Rolling Road day on Sat 9th July. I don't think there are as many cars going as previous in the year. I don't know if you can turn up or wait for the someone on invite Briskoda members.

There is the annual Motorshow organised for North East Air Ambulance at Dormans Club on 9th and 10th, but it clashes with the other 2 things.

Other than that, there is the big meet in Cumbria organized by the NW lot in August.

I tried organising regular monthly meets split between south of area and north of area alternately but had very few takers so gave it up as a lost cause. But i would defo be interested in a meet at the dormans event as i quite fancy attending that anyway.

Their always been a problem in north east meet section when things been organised have good interest then people drop out last min and its usually same ones who turn up its time to get this section up and running properly for either weekly or monthly meets even if its a drive to the sea side or a cafe for coffee and chat
