Are you sure there's no hokey cokey going on in the passenger seat and the memory resets it to this hokey cokey position next time

Mine does this as well. Did anybody solve it?

Mine used to do it. There is a previous post on this, it suggested there was a software mod and a label near the spare wheel indicated whether it had been done. Apparently mine hadn't, I rang the dealer who knew nothing about it.

Hasn't happened since August.

Mine did the same. SWIMBO kept catching the controls with her butt. Didn't speak to me for a week ????????

Thinking of retro fitting memory to the passenger seat, so every time I use my key, her passenger seat goes to the fully reclined position. But when she is driving, it goes to normal position...

Mine continues to do it. But as I said, it does it when she sits on the switches while getting out of the car. I have done it when sitting in an odd position to clean the inside of the windscreen. There are ghosts, but they leave the seat alone.

Mine does it when I use my spare key, and it also does it when I am cleaning the car usually if I have the radio on when the cars off I'll go back to it and the passenger/ drivers seat would have moved itself!
