Boost gauge

Featured Replies

I think most people on here including me have a boost gauge.

I have a auto gauge 35psi one that has a blue backlight and I have mounted it in a stand alone pod between the dial pod and the small vent on the dash and have fed the wire and vacuum pipe through the vent.

They are pretty easy to plumb in and you will have to tap into the hard plastic boost pipe and run the pipe through the bulkhead.

There is a gromet on the passengers side bulkhead behind the glove box that you can feed the pipe through but I fed mine through the same hole the bonnet catch wire uses.

Thanks mate :)

Holy **** thats expensive as fook!

I presume it's due to them being unlikely to sell a massive amount. They're a site sponsor, so maybe worth anyone fancying one to give them a call and have a chat I dunno ...

It's just a hole cut lol

I've thought about the odd gauge, or a scangauge or similar. Best idea I can come up with is to do "something" around or above the centre vents on the dash or for small gauges, mickey mouse ears on the steering column shroud.

I quite like the cent gauge, but it's far too expensive, gonna go to the scrappy and get a second hand one then see what I can do :)
