1.9tdi MPG?

Featured Replies

The DPF Sensor on my greenline has gone whe on hole, local Skoda dealers Slaters have lent me the workshop runaround till car fixed tomorrow or Thurs. I need to make a 170 mile round trip to the hospital Thursday for treatment and the fuel gauge does not work.

Need to give car back without fuel, what MPG/MPL can I expect from a 52 plate 1.9TDI?

Thanks

Mine used to get mid 50s easily if driven smoothly... thrash it and its down to mid 40s...

My brother got his up to something like 70mpg once. Mid 50's was easy

Yep, I had that a few times as well, once in the Czech Republic on hols... No motorways and not much traffic!

Thanks for the replies, ended up guessing and used 50 and the car gave nearer 60mpg at motorway speed and left the dealer with a lot more fuel than I got it with. could def tell it was the workshop run a round looked a bit used but went like a rocket.

As for the DPF sensor alas that was not the problem injector No1 is faulty, awaiting supply and replacement latter this week.
