I posted this pic of the computer generated new green in this thread:

I also posted a pic of the old green in that green and to my eyes old and new look very, very similar.

Looks very like the original green - picture in this thread.http://briskoda.net/forums/topic/213579-on-my-drive/

Let's hope so....

.. but I doubt it. :(

I saw a Tiguan in VWs close relation to vRS race blue and it looked very odd !!

I found the Malachite / Regency Green from these sites:

- Skoda Auto Italy

- Skoda Netherlands, just choose the right one from the colour buttons

Those computer generated Dutch colours are awful! The silver looks cream and it sure looks as if they swapped the Lava blue with the Pacific blue. Why do car companies still fall into this trap again and again and again. So it is not just SUK that use these terrible images to show colours. Why can't they just take pictures of all the colours on REAL cars?!?!

The real world colours and the equivalents published in the net are never the same. We know that it is not possible to publish the whole colour depth, so there is only bad or worst examples.

In my opinion the green ones are as near as possible (without the metallic shade), if I only remember right. I'm visiting the dealer next week. I'll take the Malachite print from the Italian site with me and compare the colours.

Well now I've seen the new Regency Green in clear photos I don't think it looks bad at all; strange though looks nothing like the previous fuzzy photo which I thought was the new green on a MY12 S (see post 22) :wonder:

I don't think it looks bad at all. It is not too dark either. For an outdoorsy sort of car this is a perfect colour.

I like that too!

Would look nice with Gobi leather and Wood trim.

  Roll on March! :giggle:

+1. It just look good, IMHO, no coloured roof with that green. Three months to wait.

TP posted pictures above of Regency Green from the Škoda used car website. These might disappear once the car is sold so to keep this thread complete I've uploaded them to a photo hosting site and post them here:
